Never had a wax that hurt more. She left a ton of hair AND WAX on me, didn’t even apply any oil after. The service quality changed immediately for the worse after I said I was paying via Groupon. She also asked if the wax was too hot, I said yes, and she didn’t even change the temperature 😭.
