Did not get a cleaning, instead I was told I need a special cleaning. I have never needed this before and I take care of my teeth, regular cleaning every 6 months, brush, floss and rinse as recommended. I brought this thinking I could save the annual insurance money but what a joke. You go in there have xrays, then they perform a cancer test which is an additional $25 not included. I felt uncomfortable and everything was about money. The staff was nice but you can tell this business is all about $$$. I've been to many different business for cleaning and xrays and never recommended the things this business said I needed. Who to believe 4-6 different dentist or one dentist with a groupon vouc

I paid for a cleaning and they refused to do the cleaning service I paid for. They decide to give me credit towards other services totaling to $2000. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and I would like to speak to someone about my experience.

I did not receive the service that was described on their groupon. The deal implied that I would receive an exam, x-rays, and a cleaning. They gave me the exam and x-ray but they did not give me a cleaning because I needed a deep cleaning, which would have cost me $195. They were very polite and professional however, they did not specify what condition your teeth needed to be in for a cleaning.

Having made the first appointment of the day 9AM. I arrived 10 mins early. There was only one person ahead of me. I filled out the new patient form in less than 2 mins and waited to be called in for my cleaning. I ask the receptionist if they go by appointments or who ever comes in first. Answer was appointments. I was finally called in at 10:40AM. After having way too many xrays I waited some more. The tech told me she could see by the xrays that I had peridontal disease. Finally after being removed to another room and now it is 11:15 the dentist comes in, does her routine exam of my mouth. Discusses all the things I need done and by the way she said I don't have peridontal disease as the tech said. I am then escorted to the front office. I am told the doctor said I need $5,000 worth of work done and did I want to make an appointment. I told them all I want is my Groupon cleaning that I made appointment for. After going back and forth they finally took me to another room for the cleaning. The hygenist was very pleasant, new, but had only been there two weeks. She finally did the cleaning and while doing so the tip of her instrument came off and I almost choked on it had it not been for my quick response to block it with my tongue...very scary! Also doing this fiasco the hygentis cut my lip with the water pic which as of today, four days later it is still sore and red! Finally coming to the end of cleaning, where you would rinse your mouth with mouth wash to clear the polishing product the hygenist told me she was going to give me a special rinse since I had so much infection in my gums...which was not true. I quickly before taking this "special rinse" ask how much is that going to cost. She said $25. I said forget it, water will be fine! I was then given LIsterne to rinse my mouth. They ask me again if I want to make an appointment and I said no all I wanted was a cleaning. I was so glad to leave this place and would never recommend them to anyone. They should not be allowed to offer Groupon. There only interest is hiking up bill with fabricated issues to charge patient more money! I did request a copy of my records and all the things they said I needed done. I am sure my regular dentist will get a kick out of this report since my mouth and teeth are in good condition.I found it totally disgusting! I do not choose to have group see respond to my message as they have all my confidental information at on their files and personally I wouldn't put anything past them.

I orginally purchased this offer for a simple cleaning. So i bought the coupon, made an appointment, and attended the visit. As im sitting int the lobby, three clients that arrived after me for the same appointment all proceeded before me . I finally get called in, i get the xrays and the examination. The dentist tells me i have no cavities and very good teeth, which i was expecting. So as im waiting for the cleaning, the front lobbist comes back with a paper of a list of procedures they must do to me. I replied " im only here for the cleaning that the groupon provides", which i thought should be a simple one. She replies" no, the coupon does cover the cleaning but you need a regular cleaning first" . What!!??? My services was simple and wouldnlt have taken long. I was actually expecting to pay some fees of course. But what that place try to do was a ROBBERY! How are they going to say that i need a regular cleaning before i can get a groupon cleaning !!! Ridiculus.

I purchased this Groupon for my mother who doesn't have dental insurance. They took the groupon and didn't even give her the cleaning that was included. The dentist's office kept telling her that she needed to pay more for a cleaning and then all they did was tell her that she needed over $6000 worth of work and didn't even explain what was done. I was extremely disappointed.
