Long wait time for appointment, purchased Fraxel and got no consultation or opportunity to ask questions. It feels like they have an assembly line going.

I had a 2 pm appointment and waited almost 1 hour and I had to leave because there was still 2 people ahead of me. The receptionist apologized and said the they were having a busy day. They need to change how they book appointments. I will not be going back and am asking Groupon for a credit since I was never seen

I waited a full hour for a five minute service. That's ridiculous. Why use groupon to try to introduce more people to your services and then make them wait? I cancelled the remaining groupon. I'm a 53 year old with disposable income- your perfect demographic and you blew it.
