I didn't like the service provided. I left the written instructions of areas of cleaning priorities. They just decided to go with what they want to start with. Half hour or so, dispatcher started to call asking if I wanted to extend the service to get cleaning done. I back home and was disappointed by what I saw. I barely noticed the difference before and after the cleaning. I don't recommend this

They did a really good job, just wish they would have turned my shower head back in the shower, so it didn't squirt all over my bathroom, lol

Started calling a month before I wanted to book. Took 2 weeks to finally make the appointment, or should I say haggle for it. I was given then run around and was told I would get a call back which never happened. I persistently kept calling. Bonnie argued with me about the date I wanted. They would only come if they were in my area. Wanted a specific date which I called well in advance for.
