About TAS

At Theory of Arts & Sciences, teams of seasoned tutors use a multidisciplinary approach to enrich the educational lives of their students. Beginning with individualized learning plans in group and one-on-one settings, the teachers coach children through math, sciences, and English, with the goal of exceeding the Common Core standards. Arts come into play as students paint and draw, learning how to express creativity and think outside the box. Finally, meditation routines inspired by Indian yoga help students unwind and internalize what they've learned.

Not recommended. Advertises Saturdays but on the phone only books Sundays for Groupons. The instructor did the painting for the girls. Folded newspaper over the painting which left paper residue and pulled paint off paintings. Had to fix the paintings at home.

Not really much of a meditation, and they give you a canvas with an outline that you just paint in. Luckily we liked what we were given to paint.

I guess I was expecting more professionalism and instruction, the owner didn't introduce herself and the craft was run by a helper. the atmosphere was okay . a lot of the owners family members and friends coming in. thought it would be more professional and higher end. wouldnt go back sorry.

My kids(6 and 10) had a nice time painting. It was easy enough to follow along to. We would definitely go back.
