What do you love most about your job?
Interacting with the customer. Having the feeling that we did something that made someone happy, or made their living or work space more comfortable.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
A lady had an old dog that slept on the sofa for years, she was going to throw it out but decided to let us clean it first. Well, we did clean it and later, we received a letter from the owner saying that the sofa was cleaned so well that she sleeps on it now!
