About Yoga On 45th

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We use props and suggest alternatives for poses that seem impossible but might be possible. We have classes for absolute beginners and classes for advanced yoga, including a short meditation in each and every class. Restorative yoga, Hatha yoga, flow yoga, hot yoga.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? Every day is different. Do what you can, push yourself, or relax into blissful restorative yoga.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Share yoga with everybody...there is a style of yoga for everyone—find yours, but start at the very beginning and go from there.

What do you love most about your job? Connecting with people, the aha moment when it feels so good.
