Yoga Bent's registered yoga instructors—Miguel Latronica and and others guide their students through innovative PNF-360 yoga classes that incorporate Miguel’s patented Mighty Body Body Band stretching and strengthening yoga and Pilates device. The Latronica Method is largely based on the PNF principles. It employs his inventive system of ropes, bungee cords, and slings to support and stabilize students as they work though seven forms of flexibility- and strength-building exercises. The classes enable students to use props and sink into or build stability. Additionally, all PNF-360™ yoga poses are designed to increase one’s range of motion by loosening connective tissues.
