Snap employees were not very helpful. The most attention I received was when I gave them my letter to terminate my membership. You had to ask for every bit of information, nothing was volunteered. I had to ask to be shown the machines. When I made an appointment with a personal trainer to be shown around I had to wait a week and then I was given a brief overview.

Easy to redeem. Great selection of equipment, open 24 hours.

The equipment is nice with a wide variety of machines and the 24 hour access is great. Although I understand that Snap cannot be staffed constantly, it would be nice of there was someone working in the evenings or on Saturday for those of us that work full time during normal M - F business hours. I attempted to redeem my Groupon 3 times before I was finally able to in the afternoon because there was never anyone working to get me started. Perhaps it would help if there was a longer redemption period before the Groupon expired so there would be no anxiety of trying to find time to trade it in when there was actually staff working to do so.
