They don't perform service as promoted, rationalizing it based on condition of your skin... "may be to cut the time spent per customer". Bought very expensive products based on the recommendation when used had a skin reaction when went to return the same they did not acknowledge it and refuse to take return.

The message was competent and the therapist friendly, but the setup was very haphazard. For part of the time, it was obviously only the therapist & I in the building, and she had to leave for a moment at one point to let the owner/manager in. Also, the "hard sell" to join their club was way too much. All in all, despite a decent massage, I would not return.
