I got the massage/facial package. I was asked to pay the tax on the package and they asked for $5 cash only. I’m pretty sure this is just a scam, but I wasn’t about to argue and not get services over $5. The staff is not very professional or friendly, but I think they were trying. The place is not particularly clean. The massage was far better than the facial. I do not think I would return.

I tried the massage here since there’s a discount from Groupon. I bought this Groupon based the good reviews. I think it’s overrated. I expect a lot from this place unfortunately it’s not good at all. All they care is you leave good amount of tips for the therapist, the room has opened top, I hear the loud conversation from next room, the therapist talk to the customer for the whole time. Not good

I’ve visited MUSE Jennifer spa and was very disappointed with the service. The staff was unprofessional and seemed more focused, on adding extra charges than providing a good experience. They require additional payments for taxes upon arrival and enforced a mandatory minimum tip amount based on services… overall the staff was unpleasant and I would not recommend this spa!
