Elements of Our Relational World Workshops will help you to understand how we can feel illuminated or constrained by different experiences

The aim of ReLUVnation is to explore the supportive or degrading aspects of relationships towards ourselves and the world. Based on current research and by an experienced psychotherapist who has worked with different groups of people!
