They were misleading in their use of wordage on the groupon. They never intended to give a 60 minute microdermabrasion. I only received 30 minutes of treatment. I was not taken back till 6:10 even though I got there to check in at 5:50. When I called to voice my concern the next day they argued that I checked in at 5:50 so that would have given me a long enough treatment. I love to use groupon to check out a business. I have discovered some of my favorite places due to groupon and frequent them often. I am disappointed that Alpine Aesthetics was not willing to be kind and that they were defensive about what I was telling them. They told me that you can't actually have a 1 hour microdermabrasion due to the skin being too irritated. Why did thy offer that on the groupon? This is the first time I have ever complained about a business. I will never frequent here or recommend it to anyone.
