I made an appointment...I showed up - but the business owner did not. I was left waiting and finally left after 15 minutes. NOT PROFESSIONAL or ACCEPTABLE... I sent a detailed message to groupon explaining what happened. ALSO...and this is not in the message I left for groupon on the web site - when I called the number on the Groupon to let the owner know I was waiting outside the door of her business (it was locked) ... I got a message saying "if you are calling to make an appointment for a groupon - you will have to call groupon." I ALREADY HAD AN APPOINTMENT....so it would have been nice if she would have showed up - but she didn't and I paid for the pedicure which I didn't get.
