We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. We loved working with you last week and also 10 years ago. Repeat clients is our objective and we were thrilled you returned a decade later. We loved working with you and appreciate the opportunity to capture your dating profile images. We understand that having your picture taken can sometimes be a source of anxiety, and we strive to create a comfortable and relaxed environment for all our clients. We want you to feel confident and beautiful during your session, and we apologize if we were not able to fully address your concerns in this regard. Your email prior to the session stated “I have anxiety about having pictures taken because I have low self esteem. Just a heads up. I was almost going change it to studio. But anyway.  I a not really photogenic.” With this knowledge and with every client we try to make our sessions fun and relaxed. You are a beautiful woman, we wanted you to feel relaxed and have fun. After the session your comments were positive about the experience I can assure you the word or phrase MAGA is not one I would use. However, I did state I love Kamala Harris fashion style in particular her chuck Taylor’s and pant suits. I was also happy we were able to accommodate you for your proofing appointment as you were 2 hours late. luckily, you were our last client that evening as my assistant was able to wait as you stated 3 times in that 2 hour late period you were almost there. We did not pass on that additional payroll expense we incurred as a customer service gesture. At Aedan Studio Photography, our goal is to ensure that every client is happy and satisfied with their experience.
