We were shocked at how HIGH the prices were, even after the Groupon was taken off. We have done LOTS of framing at other places and the prices weren't even close to theirs. If we hadn't needed to use the Groupon we would probably have gone back to our regular places. I think they do a nice job, but the prices were just WAY too high. We ended up not getting what we really wanted because it was cost prohibitive. We were kind of in sticker shock. The gal who was working that day wasn't very friendly or helpful at all. Obviously we were there to get some framing done, but she didn't offer to show us anything until I asked her about a particular frame. Then when she told us the price, it was obvious it was WAY more than we expected (based on framing prices from other businesses) she didn't give us any other alternatives. We had to ask. Just not the level of customer service we were expecting. Sorry! We won't be able to recommend.
