When I called to book my appointment, the person told me to come in 5 minutes early to fill out some paperwork. When I got there the receptionist told me to take a seat and she would bring the form out to me. A lady who took forever to pay and then book her next 4 appointments throughout the year held the receptionist's attention for a while, and the phone was constantly ringing. When the lady left, the receptionist forgot about me and by the time I got in the room with the masseuse, I only had 40 minutes left of my 50 minute massage. I'm glad I didn't pay full price for that. I suggest getting there at least 10 minutes early. The actual massage was amazing though! Katherine did a great job!

I have used Groupons here before and enjoyed my services, however, my technician for this facial seemed put off that a Groupon was what brought me in. I am a stay-at-home mom on a tight budget and this facial was supposed to be a treat.
