Took forever.they upcharged me for color and julius didnt even get the color all over my head. Was to get highlites gave me none none. My cut was ok. Asked for refund of 30.00 never heard from them. Beware who u get and what you need. I was in that chair for almost 3 hours. Do not know were he kept disappearing.
