The staff, especially the message therapist (Lisa) is great. The service is warm and inviting. If there is one thing I would suggest improving, it would be some of the ambiance of the massage rooms. If there is any way to slightly fix the music and maybe fix up the ceiling to make it more calming, that would be great. Otherwise, the staff certainly make up for it :).
