If I could give this business zero stars I would. Megan is a thief! I purchased two sewing packages from them and only used one. Recently, they advised that they would be closing the studio at the end of December 2020 and there would be no in-person classes. I contacted the owner and requested a refund of my unused package because I do not want to do any virtual classes. I specifically purchased the package to use at the studio. I sent an email and received no response. When I didn't get a response, I sent an email to one of her instructors (Anna) and she didn't get back to me until the following week. Mind you, previously, when I had sent this instructor emails about scheduling lessons they will get back to you that day or the day after. When it's me asking for a refund, they either don't get back to you at all or allow many days before they even respond. After waiting several days with no follow up from either of them, I then send a message to the owner through Hipstich. She then refused to issue me a refund. When I asked her why, because her website certainly doesn't prohibit refunds, she did not respond. So do not, do not do business with these people. They are liars and thieves. You should not take people's hard earned money! And if Megan is reading this, I hope karma comes back to you! You are a disgrace of a person. The fact that you can take people's money for a service you didn't earn is beyond me! Just pure evil!

I signed up and was confirmed for a class on 2/12/20. The instructor never showed. Students were outside waiting. No communications from instructor about the class after several messages. Instructor posted on social media during class and did not address her absence from a class. Do not buy this Groupon. Do not attend this course. See photos. I would have given 0 stars if I could.

It was a great intro, Meghan was easily approachable & willing to take as much time as you need. She's a good teacher. I will be calling for private lessons.

Breaks down the basics. Can’t wait to finally use y sewing machine.
