Hudson Yoga Project, Hoboken

Hudson Yoga Project's purpose is to teach ancient yoga practices through a modern lens. The project's classes—which are held in an urban loft amid exposed brick walls and windows oozing with sunshine—are rooted in 5,000-year-old yoga traditions and texts that teach about asana and other poses and positions. Hudson Yoga Project's classes range from beginner to advanced, and are structured for anyone. Even moms and moms-to-be get a chance to practice their yoga skills through the project's prenatal and Mommy & Me classes.
