Georgio's Chicago Pizzeria & Pub makes up their pizzas just the way they do in the Windy City: super deep. In a thick, pie-shaped crust, the pizzeria piles toppings, cheese, and then finishes it off with a layer of sauce on top. When the pizza is cut into, all the layers of ooey-gooey pizza are on display. But even those who are more traditional can find a pizza to love with make-your-own thin crust pizzas or even pocket-shaped calzones. From the "pub" side of the pizzeria and pub, Georgio's is also known to dish out sandwiches, burgers, and pastas, and then finish all that off with a dessert menu of cannolis, cheesecakes, and sundae-topped cookies.
