There was problems with the redemption and she cancelled my wifes appointment for the next day and will not honor the Groupon certificate.

The Groupon was cancelled. The owner wasn't honoring the Groupon. I contacted customer support 3 times prior to the cancellation and all I received was a reply that they couldn't refund my money or offer me Groupon credit. Not too happy with this whole situation.
