I don't like going to massages that are in chiropractic offices bc they will say you have a bad back as well and need to see a chiropractor as well.

The certificate said the massage was for a 60 minute massage. I believe I was laying on the table for a total of 40 minutes. While laying face down (which was the first position she asked me to lay in) the massage therapist kept stopping for more than 2 or 3 minutes at a time. She had said that she had left a cord at home so the music was being playing through her cell phone. At first I thought she was playing around with the music then I realized the music never turned off but did get a little quieter, but never turned off. She continued to do this for about the first 20 minutes or so of the massage. She would massage for 5 or so minutes then take a 2 minute stop. She would keep her hand on my foot but wouldn't do anything. Being face down I didn't look up. I really liked the massage she gave but both my spouse and I were disappointed with the amount of time she stopped during the massages. We both felt like maybe she was text messaging during the massage. I would be willing to try her again, however if it were to continue we would not recommend her to anyone.

They did not give me what was promised, which was supposed to be a massage. The woman was not a massage therapist, I was not on a massage table, I was very unsatisfied and had my husbands groupon refunded. I would never go back.

i was on time but they were in a staff mtg & started my massage 10 min late but ended on time- sounds nitpicky but 10 min makes a difference in a 60 min massage. I also was not able to use my second Groupon (for my husband) because they were booked for several weeks before it expired. The massage I did get was nice.

Not a very professional atmosphere. I was initially told when I called on Nov 29th that they could not accept my groupon (that would expire on Dec 9th)because they were too full. Tiffany was the receptionist that told me that I had "purchased the Groupon a few months ago and had plenty of time to have booked it by now"! I did get an appt. and it was really noisey(thin walls) and not a great massage. I have heard that the So Jordon office is better. Not impressed

My massage was one of the worst ones I have ever had - I was really disappointed. Can't believe I paid $25 for that - I wish I could get my $ back!

Masseuse was 20 minutes late for our early a.m. appointment making me late for the rest of my morning schedule. She was 'heavy handed' on chest area (!) even though I'd told her I had had surgery there a couple of years ago. I'm still suffering some real discomfort from the massage. No, I would NEVER

Massage started almost 1/2 hour late... Didn't last the full 50 minutes... The place was loud, could hear talking the entire massage.. The room was cold and the lady who did my massage had freezing hands..
