Cogdal Vineyards, South Haven

Cogdal Vineyards has seen more than just grapes grown on its plot of land. Throughout its history, it has produced varieties of agricultural life like fruit trees and vegetable crops before owners Jack and Deb Murdoch established it as a vineyard in 2008. Since then, Cogdal Vineyards' 7-plus acres of vines has grown grapes used to make red, white, and blend wines. The award-winning Vision, for instance, is a dark, dry red with a distinct blackberry jam flavor and a lingering plum finish. All of Cogdal Vineyards' wines can be sipped and savored in the tasting room, which is outfitted with cherry and maple wood harvested from the property.
