There are no more the amazing people with personal touch- the tour guide … you guys cut expenses and gave us cheap headphones and unpleasant experience. I wish you bring back people… they were fun and knowledgeable.

At our first stop, the driver Joe suddenly closed the doors, said nothing to us, and pulled away, nearly hitting myself and my son as we attempted to board the bus. It was my son’s bday celebration. I was in such shock & crying as I feared the safety of my family. Whole day ruined. If he does not like his job he should quit! Also, better signage at each stop that says big bus may help customers.

They don't do Hollywood loop rest it's fine
