Sketchy. Owner kept pushing me to pay there bc “Groupon charges him and he wants all $”... I’M THE CUSTOMER, all that’s not my problem and I’m only here bc of Groupon. Very unprofessional. MANY places on my car, they didn’t even bother looking at, let alone clean! So annoying I even had to check, I should just get what I paid for- what was advertised! Was charged $75 extra for not paying there.

Horrible experience. They way overcharged me. I had to go back to get them to fix it. They also did not fully clean my car. Just bad all around. I’m upset.

The old adage that you get what you pay for is not true here. This is a $50 wash from any other place at best. They are offering a $39 interior and exterior and I think I got that. I paid for the $250 complete interior and exterior detail, which was apparently $399 originally. I did not get what was advertised. I did not get a polish and wax, which was the main thing I wanted. I definitely didn't get wax or polish or clay bar. The car was washed before it arrived, so not even sure I got a wash. I did get a ton of shiny sticky crap sprayed over the dirt and will have to spend longer cleaning it up than it took them to spray it. If it were not for the spray I would not have known they had been in the car. When I arrived he wanted to know how much I paid. I told him that I got the 399 package but he wanted to know what I paid and I said it was $250. I had touched up the car, so the polish was key and I also asked if he could use my ceramic coating instead of the wax and I gave him the box. He agreed and I asked him a couple of times. I pointed out the imperfections that a good polish and buff would clear up. I dropped the car off and picked it up in 2 hours. The car was sitting unsupervised when I arrived. The person who had worked on my car was on another car. So he must have spent 60-90 minutes max. That is definitely not enough time for complete detail and not worth $250, let alone $399. When I arrived the car looked similar to when I dropped it off and I ran my hand over the car and it was rough. I asked if the roughness was from the ceramic product and he said yes. It did appear that a short amount of time was done to polish over one area of scuffs but everywhere else was the same. The whole car was poorly cleaned and definitely not detailed. It's still dirty the wheels were washed and not detailed. The interior just has horrible stuff over it and the exterior looks like it did when it arrived. I saw the poor reviews before I arrived and should have just got my money back. I guarantee that the $39 interior and exterior wash is the same as the complete interior and exterior detail. If you need a real detail then just goto a reputable car wash who do detailing. If you bought the product then get refund!
