Aikido Miramar, Miramar

The battle is not always to the strong—as the saying goes—for time and chance enter into all things. The instructors at Aikido Miramar like to improve the success rate of time and chance by adding a little Aikido into the mix. The Japanese martial art teaches students to use an attacker's size and strength against him. At the dojo, the sensei impart these skills through workouts that tone physiques and promote flexibility. Students learn the traditional warrior art from Sensei Emmanuel Herzog who began honing his aikido skills at age 13. Currently, he is a certified 5th Dan black belt, passing his skills on to the next generation of fighters.
