The hospitality lacked unfortunately. I was not offered water or anything. Maybe I went on the wrong day, seemed more like a maintenance type of day maybe Monday’s are slower and that’s ok but my experience there was not good. I felt welcomed by the owner initially but my hairdresser was a bit cold. To me it feels like the hairdresser that did my hair was bothered I had a Groupon. To be honest, if it wasn’t for the Groupon I would have not been aware of this location. I was willing to pay for a blow dry and hair iron at an additional charge but then I thought about the way I was treated and decided to go elsewhere for that. The hairdresser also mentioned that she was one of the only hairdressers that takes Groupons and she would not allow another purchase in the future. I thought that was weird like I am getting labeled for being a “Grouponer” or something. All I was trying to do was get my hair done before I return to work from maternity leave. Instead she made me feel bad about using a Groupon and didn’t really display good customer service.

Don’t go here. Their hair products are so cheap, the stylist could not even brush or untangle my hair because she didn’t have any serum or detangling spray to apply. She did not want to blow dry my hair and left me to leave the salon with wet hair or pay $45 to dry my hair. Overall not a nice experience
