Not good..., BEWARE.... Dont do It, look at other reputable Jet ski rentals.... My S&÷TY experience, simply put- made purchase 3 weeks ago fpr 2 ski rentals ($195), prior to family coming in town, in the beginning all seemed well with Jet Ski of Miami good communication, informative, made reservation as instructed gave voucher # thats when things went south, 4 days later FINALLY son super excited the day of reservation Memorial day 2pm Hollywood polk street Marina loaded family up, we showed up waited till 230 BUT guess who didnt.....ugh no call, no text, no return call... No nada !!! ***** Learn by MY MISTAKE... As of now time pf this pist 9/5/16 @ 3:30 approximately hour and half PAST reservation time of 2pm Still no contact of any kind.. Called Groupon they said no worries and apologized they're gonna escalate the investigation and should have refund in 2 - 3 business days.... Its not about the money, as a business owner its about the basic business ethics of communication... Chad Hallandale Fl.
