Johanna was wonderful, personable and knowledgable. And the spa is lovely. While she did my eyelashes she put me on a massaging table, and the music was relaxing. Great experience and I love my eyelashes!

Their customer service is horrible. They refused to honor a Groupon I had because I couldn't make it to the appointment due to car problems. Thankfully Groupon was kind enough to refund my money. I will never go back to that place.
