Tucked inside booth 325 at the Yellow Green Farmers Market, you'll find Via Panini and its two intrepid owners, Apple and Jono. Here, the two craft gourmet panini sandwiches in the Italian tradition, filling ciabatta and multigrain breads with a host of fresh produce and meats. The Vegetariana, for instance, marries grilled asparagus, zucchini, roasted peppers, portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, and herbed goat cheese.
