Dont keep New customers Waiting 3 hours when u recommend allowing 1.5 hrs for appt To make a good first impression assign a professional person to administer the product. Person who took. Are of me was unsure of herself and said it was a new product - didn't know everything about it. Patients deserve a competent and. confident professional administering this process.
