From day to day and person to person, no two workouts are ever the same at CrossFit High Caliber. Instead, the coaches lead students of all ages and fitness levels through high-intensity sequences of exercises based on functional, scalable movements. These sequences can incorporate anything from sprints and weightlifting to calisthenics and swallowing medicine balls, providing a full-body workout that allows members to safely challenge their limits while steadily increasing strength and stamina over time. Safety is always a priority at CrossFit High Caliber, so the coaches spend each class closely monitoring the form and technique of every participant and offering guidance along the way. Reinforcing this supportive atmosphere is the group camaraderie that develops as students cheer each other on throughout each workout.
