Very organized tour group. Staff is very friendly and knows so much about the manatees and their habits. They have wetsuits, snorkel gear, and just about anything you could want to have a great experience. The lead diver also takes underwater photos during the tour which you have the option to purchase afterwards. The captain of the boat knows the secret spots where the local manatees may be. Fun!

It was super to see and snorkel near the Manatees but I did not care for the staff, especially the guide who took us into the water. I didn't feel well at one point, and his only advice was to tell me to swim back to the boat, by my (which btw was quite a long ways from where the manatees were). I just rested for a little while and felt better and was able to continue the swim. The guide never checked on me or asked how I was feeling later on. I also was not happy with negative comments made about Walt Disney World by the guide and the boat captain. I thought that was very unclassy, as well as unnecessary. So all in all, it was great to swim with the manatees but I was not happy at all with the customer service. I would swim with manatees again, but I will not use this particular place again.

The Staff are Friendly, and They Make Accomdations for all ages, The Staff also assisted and assured my GF who had a broken wrist that She could Snorkel and they would be their 2 assist her in the water if She Needed any Additional Help, So She Didn't have 2 Stay on The Boat and Miss Snorkeling W the Manatees. The Captain who was in the Water Guiding Us Helped Me Out Immensely! I have anxiety. disorder, and I was having a Panic Attack, the Minute I Entered the Water. He Noticed I was Really Anxious and Stopped what He was Doing, and Assisted Me by holding both My Hands and having Me Do Deep Breathing Exercises W Him and Asstired Me I was OK. I don't like 2 Mention My Panic Attack, do My Embarrassment, but I Thought It Might Help Others that have Anxiety Issues know that they can do the Snorkeling W The Manatees, because They R in Good hands w this Crew. Our Guide Also assisted each Of Us to get a Glimpse of a Manatee. Unfortunately, that's All My GF and I saw was a Glimpse of a Manatee, and We went on 2/26/17. That's Not the Touring Company's Fault its just that At that Time and Date the Manatees were not swimming in Our Area

Very Nice Staff that work here. They make Accommodations for People of all ages and limitations. My Friend had a broken wrist and they assisted her so that She would be able to Snorkel and enjoy the Tour instead of having to sit on the boat and not participate. One of the Boat Captain's assisted Me when I had a Anxiety Attack when I got in the water. He assisted Me and calmed Me down with deep breathing exercises and held my hands until the Anxiety Subsided a few mins later. The Same Boat Capt(I think that was His Title) would take people by their hands and show them where the. Manatees were. Unfortunately, the water had the visibility of Pea Green Soup, literally, and I only got 2 see a sliver of a Manatee as it swimmed by very fast. The water has a constant cold temp of 72 degrees, but They give You Wet Suits and the mask and snorkel. The Wet Suit made the Cold Water Tolerable, but We did go in late Feb so it wasn't very warm outside 2 begin with. Make sure 2 bring a towel and warm shirt because when you get out of the water you will b Very Cold!
