The driver picked us up right on time and very close to where we were staying. She gave us a lot of history about the areas we drove by. I was very disappointed though that we weren’t given enough information regarding seeing the USS Arizona.We were told there’s construction. However, what it really was is that there is construction on the dock AND only one boat is running verses 4.

Do not use this company. They had no problem answering the phone when it came time to take the Groupon payment, but afterwards the communication was terrible. They even told us we shouldn’t have gone through Groupon because they could have given us a “better deal” directly. We had concerns about the pickup and return times and were told we’d receive confirmation the day before. That never happened. We called multiple times, waited on hold, and were told someone would call us back—yet no one ever did. On the morning of the tour, no one showed up. Thinking we might have missed them, we went to Pearl Harbor on our own, but we never saw them and still haven’t received any response to our messages. Very disappointing experience—definitely not a company I would recommend.
