The voucher stated it is at iwilei location and it turns out to be at ala moana. If I know ahead it is at ala moana, I would not purchase it. I can tell the girl that did my hair is quite inexperience. If bb salon charge $60 for regular price, it is definitely overpriced. Service is ok, please define the location clearly so buyer would not mistakenly purchase and not happy out the door.

Iwilei spa was spectacular! The facilities were beautiful. Customer service was on point and I recommended that you request Yumi as your masseuse. She may be little but that girl can work every knot out of your body. Overall experience...HEAVENLY!

The hairdresser complained the entire time about some personal drama and even took a long phone call while cutting my hair. I indicated the length I wanted and she chopped off 4 inches more than I wanted mistaking the layers I said I wanted around my face as the length I wanted my whole head! She had me turned away from the mirror for the whole cut so I only realized toward the end
