I recently had a disappointing experience with Beautyholic. After contacting Nichole about my eyelash extensions falling out prematurely, with 70% of them gone in just five days, I was surprised by the poor quality of service. Eyelashes shouldn't fall out so quickly after an extension, indicating a lack of proper application or materials. Additionally, being asked to pay for a refill service for an issue that seems to stem from the initial application is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Beautyholic and will not be returning.
