STAY AWAY!!!! The experience was the worst I've ever had with a Groupon vendor or any other travel related service which I've encountered ever! The person behind the desk lied to my face then lied to the Groupon representative on the line he may have even lied to himself so that he could try to get away with a double booking. We arrived on a cruise ship so I asked for an all day rental and intentionally did not provide an arrive time because our ship was coming from the mainland and as a frequent cruiser I couldn't be assured of arrival time or desembarkment time or even travel time to get to their shop from the port which was quite lenthy. Our day was ruined because of the lying, giving our bikes away in front of us then trying to double collect, I still had to pay taxes on something I did not use, the whole affair gets me so angry that it was very difficult to post this but it had to be said.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My husband and I are in our 50's and haven't been on bikes in years. We rented two electric Uno bikes for the day. These are wonderful Machines. They sense when you pedal and provide variable motor assist to get you going, or you can skip the pedalling altogether and let the electric motor do the work. We went from Ebikes store up to Manoa Falls, then all around Diamond Head and out to the Aquarium and back to Ebikes with time and battery power to spare. A great way to explore Honolulu, away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Ebikes provided maps, helmets, and locks at no extra charge. We highly recommend Ebikes Hawaii and the Uno electric bicycle.

Roy, the store manager, made our bike rental a breeze. He was very patient to all our queries & needs. These electric bikes are great to use. Highly recommended.

Roy at Ebikes was great. He printed out some maps to help us navigate our way around Honolulu. The bikes were in great condition. It was a fun way to see the island. It was especially helpful riding the Ebike on a windy day. Great day😃.
