My son had a good first class. I hope he'll continue to learn and develop new skills. The instructors were very good at explaining, although sometimes I think they could demonstrate from multiple angles so the kids can see better and understand the moves. Overall, a very positive first class, and we're looking forward to many more!

Rylan Lizares and the rest of the team are some of the best fighters and martial artist around. Training classes are top notch and they have different levels for everyone. The atmosphere in there is great and very welcoming.

This place is great - really welcoming and the kids had a fantastic time. Teachers are really patient and my kids came away having learned a ton just on the first day! It's a workout so not for the faint at heart!
