I booked a trip for Sept. 2021 had to cancel because of Covid. Call they said they would reschedule til April 2022... called to see if they would extend it again and they said no because it was a no show from original... sent them a copy of cancelled flight and said they would call back... 2 months later, 3 text messages and 2 phone calls still no answer back... they will not honor the purchase $
