Terrible, got cancelled twice, their on-line scheduling system is a joke, they don't answer the phone, still did not get a massage!

I would not recommend this offer to other members. I bought 3 massages from this, and interestingly every single appointment was miraculously canceled the day of or before which was highly inconvenient because if you're short on time, as most of us frequently are, then it's quite irritating when you planned your day according to that appointment and then the day OF the appointment, Mike texts you saying that he can't come in for some reason or another. All 3 appointments canceled, 2 of which were with different therapists, 1 of which I was highly dissatisfied with. Mike is a good massage therapist and knows what he's doing, supposing you can actually get a massage from him.

Hard to get an appointment. No one returns calls. Building is old with vacant offices and dirty surroundings. Massage was good.
