Let me start by saying the food was excellent, and the drink menu fantastic. However, I specifically purchased the lunch time Groupon after checking the Proof Public House website to make sure it was open for lunch on weekends. The website stated Monday through Saturday lunch hours. We arrived at 1 pm on Saturday to find the restaurant not open for business, and were told the coupon was only good on weekdays. Not happy campers. Luckily, it was open Labor Day and we were able to use the coupon.

The food is pretty good and unique. Only downside is that it has a dive bar feel.
