Bad customer service...can you imagine walking into a salon where you're just stared at by 3 stylist. no one greets you or acknowledges you. this is the first salon that i've been too where it takes 3 people to do my hair (wash, cut and style). Young left my wet hair in my face 3x 5minutes each because she was helping someone who walked in asking for extensions. Just because you have groupon customers doesn't mean they should be treated any less.
