We offer a unique approach to training that emphasizes your natural skill-set with practical exercises from a licensed professional trainer. This approach consistently confuses the body and allows each exercise to be challenging and fun!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
At K.M.L. we have a deep passion for action. Our mantra is "longevity, mobility, and optimization" and we hope to bring this philosophy to as many bodies as possible to keep people moving as long as possible.

What do you love most about your job?
There is an unintended reward for following through with working out - freedom. It's not just freedom in movement and your body, but mental freedom. "I can't do this" or "this is too hard" are chains that bind our mind. Watching and helping people eliminate those chains, that is what we love most.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Between the tears of joy, the excitement of voices that have regained mobility, and the smiles we seek to bring everyday... it is hard to choose a best reaction, they all are!
