About Over The Mountain CrossFit

In life, the early bird gets the worm. But at CrossFit Over The Mountain, where classes start as early as 5:30 a.m., the early bird gets first crack at CrossFit's workout of the day. Each daily workout consists of functional exercises such as chin-ups, squats, and box jumps, which exercisers complete as intensely as they can. For added motivation, exercisers can track their progress and sabotage their enemies' on the facility's online workout-tracking tool.

I have never done CrossFit before so I didn't know what to expect. Clay the owner started me at a low impact and gradually build up my workout. Clay explained everything to me. The other patrons were VERY friendly. I never felt like the new person in the gym. I would recommend CrossFit for anyone that is looking for something different. There is a 3 day trial that is offered, Groupon and regular membership offer. You will not be disappointed for whatever route you decide to use.

great atmosphere! the trainers there are really wanting to help you obtain your goals and work with you along the way. would definitely recommend a friend!
