I was there for 4 HOURS while they processed my hair over and over again. Then they told me I would have to come back in 2 weeks to have more done and there would be a $30.00 charge for doing so!!!! Also, the hairdresser did not cut my hair the way I asked her to. SO DISAPPOINTED. I want a refund. Robin Acre 205-401-6236
