They didn't have our appointments on the books, so they had to find 2 students to do our hair. I'm not sure if the students were experienced enough to do what we wanted. We ended up not doing everything we had paid for because I didn't have confidence that they could do what we wanted without taking all day to do it.

Worst service. Instructor Mildred would not honor the partial highlights our Groupon was for. They made us pay an extra $25. My daughter hated the way her hair turned out. We will not be back
