We treat each customer like the princess that they were born to be and strive to go beyond everyone's expectations. Our staff have many years of experience and take the time to get to know the wants and needs of each client.

2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Need...as a mom of two young daughters and never having time to pamper myself, I thought why not create a place where myself and my daughters can be equally as happy and relaxed while getting pampered. Using safe and non-toxic nail polishes, lotions, etc., a place that I didn't have to worry about inhaling all of those harmful chemicals too!

3. What do you love most about your job?

Seeing how our clients, young and old, leave our salon & spa with big smiles and a happy heart.

4. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Wow this place is amazing......a royal palace for kids, mom and grandma too!

I have to say I was a little disappointed after purchasing the Groupon and going to the facility I was charged $10 for a service fee. I’ve purchased this Groupon before and it included a little pedicure this time they said it wasn’t included. Because of Covid they said they couldn’t use the robes and they couldn’t give the girls a little glasses of juice, that made no sense since the two girls working there did not have masks on. The girl who took care of my granddaughter who is very good and attentive and engaged in conversation. The girl who is at the desk did not really have a suitable personality to be working in a facility that should be a fun experience. I’m sure we will return for the fact that my granddaughter enjoyed her time there and being five years old was not

The ladies were very sweet! It is definitely geared for younger kids. They would not let me use Groupon on spring break or Saturday so watch for detail
