Although they set the appointment time, I waited at least 25-30 minutes before I was in a dental chair. Overall, I was there almost 2 hours which was a more time than I had allotted for.

My mouth has never been so bruised from a dentist's appointment, nor have I ever had so much pain during a visit. A week after the appointment, it's still difficult to eat. I also think you're running a charade, telling me I have six cavities that need work. I haven't had cavities since I was a child, and a year ago when I went to the dentist I didn't have any. You're telling me I developed six in the last year? What's really odd is the exact same scenario happened to other people I know who have been to see you. Their dentist who they have used all their lives gives them a clean bill of health, the person goes to you, and all of a sudden they have all these cavities that need work. Ya'll are running a dishonest business.
